Hi, just wanted to know if you have found Coco her dream home yet.
I would be interested in seeing some pictures of her if she still is.
We live in NJ have a 5 ft fenced in yard.
She would be able to come and go as she pleases.
I understand where you are coming from in reference to the crate.
If I can get her trained fast, which I think I can, I might just close her in our downstairs room. Which is well lighted, carpeted and provided a great home for our previous 3 rotties we had.

Here you go - some people aren't great about keeping their petfinders' current, but it's your best shot and finding one if you are unable to visit the shelters:

Red Min Pin « Result #4 on Dec 10, 2006, 8:48am »
Carli - Miniature Pinscher, 7 years old - 8 lbs
Carli came to Critter Crossings in less than ideal shape. With several growths on her back and a tumor under her leg. She went in to the vet for a routine spay, and came out with teeth pulled, tumor removed, and the discovery of a very infected, puss filled uterus. Histology was done on the tumor and it has been discovered that Carli had cancer. We are told that the cancer was confined to the tumor, but are placing her as a special needs adoption into a very committed home.

Muffin, 8 year old female Toy Poodle
Sweet affectionate and friendly girl. She is a phantom apricot who is good with kids, cats and other dogs.
Muffin is SWEET as can be and is fine around the youngest of children, cats and dogs of all sizes. She just wants to be held and taken everywhere you go.
Muffin is awaiting our fundraising efforts to raise $587 to treat her numerous medical needs; dental surgery, spay, breast tumor removal and senior blood panel to assess her overall health.
Muffin would be the perfect addition to any home and is available for adoption to a senior citizen with a waived adoption donation. Check out our website for more information, www.crittercrossings.org

English Bulldog, Special Needs Pooch « Result #6 on Dec 10, 2006, 8:39am »
Matilda
Arrived today from a rescuer who pulled her from horrid conditions in Tijuana. She realized how expensive and difficult it is to rescue and rehome dogs, so she asked for help.
Matilda is a 7 month old, spayed female English Bulldog who's already had surgery for cherry eye on both eyes. She was diagnosed quite young with hip dysplasia, but was apparently dropped and now suffers from a broken spine that has left her with partial paralysis of her lower limbs. She will see an orthopedic specialist to see if she can be helped and to determine if she is in pain.
She is suffering from a skin infection and multiple abrasions and will need some time to recover in our care.
Our Wish List for Mati is:
Doggie Wheelchair, we need $285 - DONATED!
Skin & Coat Supplement, $45 for one month's supply
Colloidal Silver, $24 per bottle (at rescue discount) and she'll need this for some time - she has very thin and patchy fur
Doggie Diapers - we're using cloth diapers for now, human baby ones, to go easy on her already irritated skin. - DONATED!
